The signature fish head with pancakes is a must-order — the fish was fresh and the pancakes were just fried so they soaked up all that broth and got crazy flavorful. The Beijing-style snacks were on point too, the shredded pork in sweet bean sauce with fried mantou slices and the classic old Beijing noodles with soybean paste were both really good. Plan on spending at least around 120 yuan per person, great for hanging out with friends or a family dinner. The decor is nice and very photo-friendly, but it gets pretty packed during peak hours so definitely book ahead.
