  Just had the grilled burger patty here and wow, it was on point. Super crispy on the outside, juicy and tender inside, and the egg over rice mixed in with it was honestly so good. The daikon radish with yuzu vinegar on the side was really refreshing, totally cuts through the richness of the meat. They've got a bunch of house-made sauces you can mix and match yourself, and the garlic cheese one was crazy — the cheese pull was ridiculous. Rice is Koshihikari too, which is super chewy and bouncy, and you can get refills for free. Vibe is pretty Japanese-style, the seating is all kinda separated, perfect if you just wanna eat alone in peace. Definitely coming back.
