First bite and the flavor was super fresh and sweet, kinda like it was dancing on my tongue. The wrapper mixed with the crab roe was so fragrant I literally couldn't stop, just kept going bite after bite. Honestly one of the best things I've eaten in Beijing, gonna be dreaming about these for a while
