Reviews
- eerie_mangroveThis little place tucked away in a hutong was such a great find! The knife-cut noodles were seriously good — thick, chewy, and had that perfect bounce when you bite into them. The broth was rich and super flavorful, really easy to slurp down, and whatever sauce they tossed on top was so savory. The staff was super friendly, food came out pretty quick, and they even offered to refill the noodles without me having to ask. The side dishes were a nice surprise too — the braised tofu and marinated egg were both really tasty. Also tried the eggplant with sesame sauce and yeah, definitely order it. So much going on flavor-wise, every bite was different. Honestly for the price this place is a steal. I'm definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing!
