Dishes
Layered Shredded Sugar Fire CakeQian Ceng Shui Si Tang Huo is a traditional Chinese pastry made primarily from flour, brown sugar, and oil. By repeatedly folding the dough, a layered fire cake is created, then baked until golden and crispy. Each layer is evenly coated with brown sugar, giving the pastry a satisfyingly crisp exterior and a sweet, rich filling.
Creamy Milk YogurtNai Pi Zi Yogurt is a dairy dish primarily made from fresh milk and yogurt starter. The preparation involves heating the milk to an appropriate temperature, adding the yogurt starter, mixing thoroughly, and allowing it to ferment until it sets, forming a thick layer of cream on the surface. It has a delicate texture and a rich yogurt flavor.
Crispy Pork StripsSucculent pork slices, made from fatty pork belly, are marinated and then deep-fried until golden and crispy. To prepare, the pork belly is sliced thinly, seasoned with salt, cooking wine, and five-spice powder, then fried in hot oil until perfectly crisp.
Torn ChickenShredded chicken is a traditional Chinese dish with chicken as the main ingredient. The chicken is first boiled until cooked, then torn by hand into strips. Finally, it is mixed with a specially prepared seasoning to allow the chicken to fully absorb the aroma of the调料.
Skewered MeatSkewer meat is a dish primarily made with pork or lamb. The meat is cut into bite-sized pieces, marinated with seasoning to infuse flavor, then threaded onto skewers. It is cooked by grilling or frying until the exterior is crispy and the inside remains tender, with a golden color.
Beef-filled香包Beef-filled dumplings are a type of pastry made with flour as the wrapper and beef as the main filling, typically seasoned with scallions, ginger, and other spices. The outer skin is soft while the inner filling is savory and aromatic.
Steamed glutinous rice cakeZeng Gao is a traditional Chinese dessert made primarily from glutinous rice and red dates. The preparation involves soaking the glutinous rice, steaming it until cooked, then mixing it with red dates and steaming again in a zeng (a traditional steaming vessel) until the rice and dates are fully blended, resulting in a soft, sticky, and sweet texture.
Vegetarian Fire香包Vegetarian fire香包 is made by wrapping a variety of vegetarian fillings, including mushrooms, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, and bean sprouts, in tofu skin. After being rolled and steamed or pan-fried, it offers a rich and layered taste.

Reviews
- eerie_carawayThis place is near Yongding Road, super easy to find, and it was really busy when we went. The zeng gao is a must-order, sticky rice wrapped around date paste, sweetness is just right, and eating it cold was so refreshing in the heat. The milk skin yogurt had this really smooth, creamy texture, nice balance of sweet and sour, and the syrup on top made it even better. The roasted buns were a great deal too, crispy outside and super fragrant filling inside. But the hand-shredded chicken was a bit dry for me, hopefully they can fix that. The restaurant itself was clean and the staff were actually nice, no attitude even when we were buying snacks.
