Reviews
- crafty_chimpJust had hotpot here and wow, super impressed. The freshly sliced lamb shoulder was cut paper-thin and so even it could stand up on the plate — I swear I tried to tip it and it didn't fall. Dipped it in the sesame paste for like 10 seconds and it was so tender, slightly sweet, and zero gamey taste. The combo platter was a great deal too, came with seafood, fatty beef, and a bunch of veggies, way more variety than I expected. The hand-pounded shrimp paste was awesome, you could actually see and taste the real shrimp chunks, not that mushy stuff. Place was clean and had that classic copper pot hotpot vibe going on, really nailed the atmosphere. Servers brought stuff out fast and kept adding broth without us even asking, which was clutch. Honestly one of the most comfortable hotpot experiences I've had in Beijing, would totally come back.
