- coffee_ranunculusOkay so we stopped by this place and honestly the smell of the charcoal grill hit us right when we walked in — so good. Got the dry-aged Wagyu M3 ribeye steak and it was cooked perfectly, kinda charred and crispy on the outside but super juicy and tender inside, literally melted in your mouth, so much of that buttery flavor. Also tried the Angus fatty beef and the black pepper beef short ribs, both really tender and even better with their special sauce. Our server was awesome, kept coming over to grill the meat for us and had the timing down. Place was clean, not too smoky from the charcoal which was a nice surprise. Overall just a really comfortable dinner, would definitely come back.
