The pocket beef tongue had this amazing scallion flavor, super juicy, and the texture was spot on. They had a ton of dipping sauces too, this nine-grid sampler thing was kinda fun to play around with — every single one was worth trying. Place was quiet and comfy, seats were nice and spacious, and the staff actually grilled the meat for us which was a huge plus since the timing was perfect. Ingredients felt really fresh. Overall just a super chill experience, I'd definitely come back.
