  The Hulunbuir lamb skewers here are seriously worth trying — the lamb is so tender and juicy, and honestly there's zero gamey taste at all. Each skewer has ribs, lean meat, and a little bit of fat, so you get three totally different textures in one bite. The outside is nicely charred and crispy while the inside stays super soft. They also give you roasted coarse noodles (烤粗粉) on the side plus a sweet and sour sauce that goes amazingly well with rice. Service was really attentive too — when a few skewers got burnt they replaced them right away, and they even brought out little ice creams to help cut the greasiness, which was such a nice touch. Place is clean, good ventilation, and honestly just a solid spot to hang out with friends. Definitely coming back.
