Paired with the pickled mustard greens it was super appetizing — I honestly didn't even notice how much rice I ate, bowl was just gone. The signature flower dragon uses beef from the back, perfect mix of fatty and lean, and after the high-heat stir fry it smelled amazing, super chewy and satisfying when you bite in. Staff were really friendly, food came out fast, and the place was clean and comfortable. The hand-torn cabbage had great wok hei, nice and tangy-spicy, perfect with rice. Overall flavors tasted really authentic, ingredients fresh, and I left feeling totally satisfied. Would definitely come back.
