- warm_mapleChecked out a newly opened hotpot spot and honestly the vibe was super nice — wood tables and chairs with lots of greenery everywhere, just felt really relaxed the whole time. Got the sand ginger beef and it was so tender, like you dip it in for a few seconds and it literally melts in your mouth. The sand ginger flavor was really forward too, and with the sesame paste it was even better. But the real surprise was the dessert — this molten snowflake mochi thing, the outside was crispy and when you bit in the inside was all soft and chewy rice cake with brown sugar on top, not too sweet at all. The staff were also great, super attentive — they'd adjust the heat, add broth, and even had hand wipes and mouthwash ready for you. Like, the little details were really on point. Definitely coming back.
