- Joss_16The stuffed tofu from Shunde is such a classic — super tender tofu filled with seasoned ground pork, pan-fried so the outside gets all golden and crispy while the inside stays soft. The soybeans on the side were honestly so good too, super flavorful. Definitely a great dish to go with rice, I could not stop eating it. Would come back for this alone!
