Reviews
- Sasha_18The beef buns and the yogurt here are an absolute must!! The bun skins are soaked with all the meat juices, perfectly seasoned, and the liangpi (those cold chewy noodles) are super refreshing and cut through the richness. The yogurt is clearly their thing — thick creamy skin on top, just the right balance of sweet and tart, and even my friend's kid couldn't get enough of it. Heads up though, it's inside a market so it gets packed at mealtimes and you'll definitely have to wait in line. Go off-peak if you can. The braised beef is fall-apart tender, and there's a group-buy deal that makes it way more worth it. First-timer? Grab the zengao, shaobing, and sugar-fired huoshao together — basically can't go wrong. Overall it's just solid home-style cooking. The kung pao chicken and the braised dishes are both really good too, great for a quick work lunch or to bring home as an extra. Fair warning though, some of the popular stuff does sell out by the afternoon, so if you wanna try the best stuff, definitely go in the morning!
