Dishes
Premium Fresh Lamb, Hand-CutMade with fresh lamb, hand-cut into slices and quickly cooked. The main ingredients are lamb leg or shoulder meat, sliced to an ideal thickness to preserve tenderness. Typically prepared with clear broth or simple seasonings to maintain the original flavor.
Premium Beef Eye FilletSpecial Eye Tender Beef is a dish primarily made with beef eye of round, a cut known for its tenderness. After being sliced, the meat is marinated with seasonings and then quickly stir-fried or simmered in broth. It is commonly served with辅料 such as scallions, ginger, garlic, and doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste), preserving the beef's delicate and juicy texture.
Homemade Sour Milk SkinHomemade yogurt skin is made by heating fresh milk, adding a fermentation starter, and allowing it to ferment. Once it solidifies, a layer of cream forms on the surface. This cream layer can be eaten directly or processed slightly to serve as a snack or side dish.
Reviews
- wide_lemurHad lunch with a coworker today and we picked this place since it was right on our way. The hand-sliced lamb was super tender and juicy, like literally ten seconds in the pot and it's ready, and the sesame paste dipping sauce with the chili oil was so good. The sesame sauce was legit, and the pickled garlic was crunchy and cut through the richness really well. They also have stir-fry dishes and snack platters if hotpot isn't your thing, big portions and lots of variety so you don't have to run around to different places. Place was clean, service was quick, didn't have to wait long at all. Ate, paid, bounced — didn't mess up my afternoon at all.
