The grilled pig nose tendons were dry and crispy on the outside but still had a nice chewy bite, and the garlic chili dipping sauce made them even better. The spicy stir-fried clams were huge and the meat was super firm and tender, with a solid kick of heat — honestly perfect with a cold beer. Place was clean and tidy, seats were comfy too. The baby bullfrog dish was a massive portion, the frog meat was silky and tender, and the veggies on the side were packed with flavor too. Overall we left really full and happy.
