The salt and pepper duck frame was done really well, the seasoning had this slight sweetness to it that I kept thinking about, and the bones were crunchy enough to just munch on. The pancakes came separated with paper in between, which was a nice touch — easy and clean. Loaded them up with scallions and cucumber, so fresh and cuts through the richness. Staff was on point too, quick and efficient, didn't have to wait around. Oh and the duck frame soup is worth trying if you get a chance — super flavorful and you can tell the ingredients were fresh. All in all, really happy with this meal.
