The Shenyang-style chicken frames are fried up nice and crispy, and they go down so good with a cold beer when it's hot out. The spicy tripe hotpot is seriously flavorful, nice and spicy, and the tripe itself is perfectly crunchy. Honestly didn't expect to find this kinda dish at a BBQ spot but the combo is awesome. Pork belly skewers are just the right mix of fatty and lean, with a little char on the edges — rough and simple but so good.
