- Phoenix_10Honestly the green Sichuan pepper (qing hua jiao) malatang with basa fish slices was sooo good — first bite hits you hard but once you mix in the sesame sauce it's totally manageable, and the fish was super tender, seriously addictive. The place itself is big and clean, everything looks fresh, and the black pepper beef strips (hei jiao rou liu) came in a huge portion, left me really full. Service was great too — they actually gave suggestions when I was ordering and even came by to refill my rice without me asking. Whole experience was super comfortable, I'd definitely come back.
