- astral_palmLocation is super convenient — just come out of Wujiaochang subway exit 6, straight into Zhonghuan Building, take the passenger elevator on Songhu Road up to the 3rd floor and you're there. It's mainly a seafood all-you-can-eat hotpot place, around 80 per person and you leave totally stuffed. The ingredients are crazy fresh which is honestly the best part — open kitchen setup where you grab everything yourself, and you can literally see the shrimp and abalone still moving around. The red plate abalone and black tiger prawns on the iron tray are huge, grab those for sure. The sour soup base is tangy and a little spicy, goes really well with seafood and the offal. Don't skip the signature green plate 8-second potato shreds either. Space is big, gets packed at dinner but you don't really have to wait, and the staff are super friendly. Open 24 hours, which is perfect for those late night cravings when you need something hot. Overall great value, perfect for hanging out with friends. If you're craving seafood hotpot, just go for it.
