Reviews
- asteroid_aniseThe sour soup base is made with pickled long beans and tomato, and it's so tangy and spicy, honestly addicting to drink. The yellow beef with the skin still on is sliced fresh and you cook it right in the pot — the skin is super chewy and the meat is tender, and when you dip it in that broth it just soaks up all the flavor. The sour soup fish with rice is amazing, spicy and tangy and I literally could not stop eating. The fried mantou slices are crispy outside and soft inside, and they go perfectly with the sour soup to cut through all the richness. The place itself is clean and spacious, food comes out quick, and the staff are friendly. Overall a really comfy experience, definitely coming back.
