The menu says it's Xinjiang flavor but it tastes like some local version that's been dumbed down a bunch of times, kind of lost the real deal vibe. It's not bad, just kinda bland and forgettable, not something I'd crave again. Honestly the only nice thing is it's cheap, like if you're starving and walking by, sure, get something in your stomach, but I wouldn't go out of my way. Overall: not authentic, not delicious, not terrible either, just cheap and filling.
