We got the foie gras hand sushi and the chef made it right in front of us, the seaweed was so crispy and it came with fish roe and scallions on top, so many layers of flavor, I was obsessed. The freshly grilled live eel was a standout too — super crispy skin, tender meat, and the sauce was on the sweeter side, just really satisfying. Service was really on point, every dish came with an explanation and they even helped us grill stuff, overall such a comfy experience.
