  Honestly this Shanxi spot was such a great find. The oil-fried pork and shaved noodles were the star — noodles had that perfect chewy, slippery texture, thicker in the middle and thinner at the ends, tossed with super fragrant oil-fried pork and tons of veggies. So satisfying. The crispy pork was crunchy outside, juicy inside, and the shredded potatoes were nice and crisp. Portions were huge too. Staff was really warm and attentive — they even brought out some homemade yogurt on the house, which was such a nice touch. Place was clean, lighting was soft and cozy, whole vibe was super comfortable. You don't see a lot of real Shanxi food in Beijing so this is definitely worth checking out. I'd come back for sure.
