Dishes
Traditional Meat Sauce NoodlesTraditional meat sauce noodles use noodles as the main ingredient, paired with stir-fried meat sauce. The sauce is typically made from ground pork, doubanjiang, scallions, ginger, garlic, and seasoned with soy sauce and sugar. Cooked noodles are mixed with the sauce and can be garnished with greens or scallions.
Italian Vegetable SoupItalian vegetable soup is primarily made by simmering vegetables such as tomatoes, onions, carrots, celery, and potatoes, then seasoned with olive oil and herbs until the vegetables are tender and the soup becomes thick and hearty.
Tiramisu CakeTiramisu cake is a classic Italian dessert, made with sponge fingers soaked in coffee liqueur, layered with a creamy mixture of mascarpone cheese and sugar, and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.
New Zealand Lamb Ribs with Herb SauceNew Zealand lamb ribs marinated and grilled, served with a fresh herb sauce made from herbs, garlic, and cream.
Truffle Cream Mushroom SoupTruffle cream mushroom soup is made with fresh mushrooms, sautéed onions and garlic, then simmered in broth. Cream is added for richness, and truffle bits or oil finish the dish. Careful heat control ensures a smooth, velvety texture.
Avocado Shrimp SaladAvocado shrimp salad is made with fresh avocado and shrimp as the main ingredients, combined with various vegetables and dressing. First, slice the avocado and cook the shrimp, then remove the shells. Add lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and other vegetables, and finally pour the specially prepared salad dressing over the mixture and toss to combine before serving.
Premium Filet MignonThe premium filet mignon is made from the tenderloin cut, marinated and then pan-seared. The main ingredient is beef tenderloin, seasoned with salt, black pepper, and other seasonings. It is cooked over high heat to lock in the juices and maintain a tender, juicy texture.
Rosemary Roasted Chicken Leg SaladLeg meat marinated with rosemary, olive oil, garlic, and more, then roasted, served with a salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and other vegetables, dressed with vinaigrette or lemon juice.
Dinner RollAppetizer bread is typically made from basic ingredients such as wheat flour, yeast, and water. After fermentation and baking, it has a golden, crispy crust and a soft, porous interior with an aromatic fragrance.
Pan-Seared SalmonPan-seared salmon is a dish featuring salmon as the main ingredient. The salmon fillets are simply seasoned with salt and black pepper, then pan-fried in oil until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. It can be enhanced with lemon slices or herbs for added flavor.
Reviews
- Drew_19This little Western restaurant is tucked away in Zhongguancun — you actually have to go upstairs to get in, which kinda caught me off guard at first. But once you're up there, the whole vibe is really nice. They've got art paintings all over the walls, a piano, and even a few scenic seats plus some private rooms. Honestly the decor was super my style, really cozy and artsy without feeling try-hard. Definitely worth the climb.
