Special Pan-Fried BunsA specialty pan-fried bun made with wheat dough wrapped around pork and cabbage filling, flattened and pan-fried until the bottom is golden and crispy. The filling is prepared first, then sealed in the dough, cooked in a little oil over low heat until fragrant, then water is added to steam until evaporated, resulting in a crispy exterior and tender filling.
