- funny_irisThe sesame sauce on the malatang was super rich and creamy, and all the add-ins like tofu skin, bean sprouts, and oyster mushrooms soaked up the broth perfectly — so much flavor in every bite. Spice level was just right, didn't burn my throat at all. The lamb skewers were unreal, charred on the outside, juicy and tender inside, and you could really taste that charcoal grill flavor. The corn skewers were nice and dry with a good sweet-roasted thing going on. The soy sauce tendon skewers had that amazing chewy bite, meat was tight and packed with juice. Everything tasted really fresh and the seasoning was spot on. Honestly perfect after a long day at work — gonna be coming back for sure.
