  The beef noodle soup here was amazing — super rich broth, those hand-pulled noodles had the perfect chewy bite, and the chunks of beef were huge and tender. So many layers of flavor going on. The grilled lamb skewers were fatty and lean in all the right ways, a little spicy and packed with flavor, seriously addictive. The stir-fried pork noodles were another winner — thick savory sauce, super tender beef, and the noodles were coated in it so every bite was full of flavor. The place itself is clean and well-kept, staff is friendly, and the bathroom was spotless which is always a good sign lol. Tried one of their local signature drinks too, paired perfectly with all the noodles. Honestly just a really comfy, satisfying meal all around. Would come back for sure.
