The meat was so tender and juicy, kind of buttery and milky in flavor, and it only takes a few seconds in the broth before it's ready. Dipped it in the sesame sauce and oh my god, so good. Also tried the lamb with crunchy cartilage, which was a fun surprise — little bits of cartilage mixed in with the meat gave it this awesome chewy texture. The copper pot itself was perfect, kept everything at just the right temp and made the whole meal feel cozy and super satisfying. The vibe is very old-school Beijing — wooden tables, red lanterns everywhere, just feels really warm and welcoming. Staff were friendly and the food came out fast. Overall a solid experience, I'd come back.
