Reviews
- teal_speltOh wow, the broth here is so rich and flavorful — I literally couldn't stop spooning it up. The classic river snail noodles come loaded with these fried tofu skin strips that soak up all that broth, super tasty. But honestly the real star was the explosion egg, this thing is unreal, bite into it and the yolk just bursts everywhere and mixes into the broth perfectly. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned, total flavor bomb. I'd come back for that egg alone.
