- Quincy_14This Da Ya Li roast duck place is honestly worth a special trip. The Peking duck is their signature thing and wow, it does not disappoint. The skin is super crispy and the meat is tender and flavorful, and they slice it up tableside which feels really authentic. The kung pao chicken was great too, chicken was juicy, peanuts were nicely crunchy, and the sweet, sour, and spicy flavors were balanced just right. We also tried the steamed sea bass and it was so fresh and delicate, perfect if you don't want anything too heavy. The vibe is simple Chinese style with soft lighting and a pretty spacious layout, great for family dinners or hanging out with friends. Service was really attentive, they greeted us at the door, kept refilling water without us asking, and even helped us pick the right portions based on how many people we had. We brought our kid for his birthday and the staff surprised us with longevity noodles and a fruit plate, which was such a nice touch. One heads up though, try to avoid weekend dinner rush or you'll probably end up waiting for a table.
