  The noodles had that perfect chewy, bouncy texture and the broth was super rich and flavorful — honestly one sip and I was tempted to lick the bowl clean. Tons of beef, tender but still had a nice bite to it, and they paired it with these freshly grilled lamb skewers, fatty and lean alternating, smelled incredible. The place was clean and tidy, tables and chairs all lined up nice, soft lighting, really comfortable to sit and eat. Service was great too, they kept refilling the broth and noodles without us asking, and even brought out some little side dishes and an egg on the house. Came in on a cold winter day and that hot bowl of bone broth beef noodles warmed me right up. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Beijing.
