The place itself is clean and tidy, and the seats are big and really comfy. Wait time: no line at all! We went on a weeknight after work, walked right in and ordered straight away. Service: the staff were really friendly, came over whenever we needed them, no complaints. Food: we got the grilled fish with a side of kelp. You can tell the fish is made fresh — gotta wait a bit, but it's alive and grilled on the spot. The outside gets all crispy and the meat inside is so tender and white. The sauce is this crazy sweet, sour, and spicy combo that hits you in layers. Tons of veggies and sides soaking up all that flavor, and the kelp dipped in the sauce was unreal — tangy and sweet. The fish meat comes apart in chunks, super firm but not dry at all, and the sauce coats everything just right. Honestly so good.
