The hand-sliced lamb is so fresh it literally stands up on the plate, and after a quick dip in the broth it comes out super tender and juicy with zero gamey taste. The clear broth is literally see-through and somehow makes the lamb taste even richer and kinda milty, and the sesame sauce dip is the perfect match. The mega meat skewers are no joke — thick chunks, crispy on the outside, juicy inside, one skewer is like two or three at any other place. The pickled sweet garlic is crunchy and sweet-tangy, really cuts through the richness of all that lamb. The whole place is clean, and we had our own private room which was great for hanging out with friends. Definitely coming back.
