- hefty_soybeanI got the cheese molecular latte and honestly it was so good — the salty, creamy cheese blended perfectly with the roasty coffee flavor. The cheese foam on top was super smooth, not heavy at all, and once you stir it in you can actually taste all the different layers, which was a really cool mouthfeel. The beans are a medium roast so you get that nice toasty, slightly bitter taste without being too acidic. The vibe inside is super chill too, wooden tables and chairs with warm yellow lighting, really easy to just sit back and relax for a bit. The staff actually came over and walked me through the different flavor options which was a nice touch, super friendly. I also tried the classic chestnut cake for dessert and it was on the sweeter side, but the coffee itself is definitely worth coming back for.
