The self-serve skewer bar had tons of options and everything looked really fresh. The fennel beef skewers were a standout, super fragrant and the meat was so tender. We got the half-and-half hotpot with tomato on one side and spicy red broth on the other, and both were awesome. The red broth had a serious kick to it, nice and numbing, and the tomato side was tangy and sweet, made all the veggies we cooked in it taste amazing. Also tried the cilantro beef skewers and oh my god, the cilantro flavor was so strong, paired with the chili oil it was just 🔥. Service was friendly too. Honestly the whole experience was really comfortable and chill, definitely coming back.
