- Kerry_11Honestly, this place was terrible. I was picking up some meat and found what looked like a piece of plastic string in it — like, seriously, a piece of plastic IN the food. I was so mad I forgot to even take a picture or video. When we went up and asked what was going on, they said they'd refund the cost of the dish and add another order of shumai. Shumai costs like nothing, that's not the point. There's a food safety issue and that's all the compensation we're getting?? I get it's not a huge deal compared to a full refund, but come on — I said just refund the dish that had the problem, that's only fair. They kept saying we're part of a set menu so they "can't make that call" and can't do a full refund. I told them to go ask the manager and they just went silent. Then they had the nerve to say "hope you understand." Understand WHAT?? The service attitude was awful. Food safety problem and this is what they offer? We were so turned off we just got up and left without eating anymore. You can totally tell the owner has zero vision for this place. Hope it shuts down for good. Never coming back.
