- spring_mintThis place is a grill and hotpot spot in one which is kinda cool if you can't decide. The meat selection is honestly huge — oysters, eel, lamb chops, and like every cut of beef you can think of: black truffle short rib, hanger steak, beef rib finger, beef belly, beef tongue... plus a bunch of small bites and unlimited Sam's desserts and Yili ice cream, which is a fun little bonus. The oysters were pretty big in size but the quality was hit or miss, kinda felt like opening a blind box every time lol. The eel was firm and tender, and the lamb chops had a nice mix of fat and lean — just sea salt and black pepper after grilling and they were amazing. Black truffle short rib was super fresh with really clear marbling. The squid was solid. The big shrimp though were pretty mid tbh.
