Definitely gotta try the hand-cut fresh lamb, they slice it nice and thin so it only takes a few seconds in the broth and it's done. Dip it in the sesame sauce and it's even better. The staff were honestly so sweet and on top of things, they'd remind us how long to cook each piece and what to pair it with. The whole vibe is very classic old Beijing — the decor is gorgeous and totally makes you wanna eat more. The pickled cabbage and sweet garlic with the lamb was such a good combo, every bite had its own thing going on. Left super happy, no notes.
