Reviews
- finicky_cardamomJust got into Beijing and had to get the classic copper pot hotpot right away — this place did not disappoint. The sesame sauce was super rich and creamy, and when you dip those freshly sliced fatty beef rolls in it they basically melt in your mouth, perfect ratio of fat to lean. The lamb slices were so thin you could practically see through them, cooked in like two seconds and crazy tender with no gamey taste at all. The side dishes were really fresh too — the tofu especially soaked up all that broth and had this really satisfying hearty texture. AC was blasting which was a lifesaver, place was clean and tidy, servers kept refilling stuff and bringing dishes out fast, honestly just a super comfy experience all around.
