The decor is clean and chill, they have booth seats and a bar area, super nice for coming with friends and grabbing some drinks. Solid drink selection too — they can heat up the sake for you, plus Asahi and Goose Island beer on tap, and some Western liquor. The tonkotsu ramen broth is simmered for like five hours, definitely eat it while it's hot, you can really taste the depth, none of that artificial flavor stuff. Loved the chicken wings, had this nice charred flavor, kinda teriyaki-ish, and they threw in some fish roe inside too. The cod roe baked potato was sooo good, potato topped with salty cheese and the roe adds this fresh pop. The grilled stuff gets made right at the bar but nothing too dramatic going on flame-wise, but honestly just chilling with a few drinks and some snacks was really comfortable.
