The fish is super fresh — they kill it right there — and it's stewed so all the flavor really gets in. The broth is rich and fragrant, and they give you tons of side veggies too. The corn cakes are made fresh on the spot, crispy outside and soft inside, and dipping them in the fish broth is sooo good. The restaurant itself is really clean and the staff are super friendly, they even helped us adjust the broth when we needed it. Brought my family last time and everyone loved it. Feels like this place is super consistent — every time I go there's some little surprise that makes it great. Definitely coming back.
