- Onyx_30The lamb was sliced right in front of us and arranged so prettily, the fat and lean marbled together like little snowflakes. You only need to swish it in the pot for like 8 seconds and it's ready — super tender and not gamey at all. Definitely get the Sunite baby lamb, it literally melts in your mouth, and paired with the sesame sauce I was ready to lick the plate clean. The sesame baked buns came out hot and crispy, crumbs falling everywhere, and stuffing a couple pieces of that lamb inside was honestly a match made in heaven. The sour plum drink cut through the richness perfectly, and the self-serve area with oranges and those little puff snacks was such a nice touch. Everything tasted really fresh, lots of different flavors and textures going on, and we left feeling completely stuffed and happy.
