  Okay so we ended up at this pizza place in Beijing and honestly it was a pretty solid find. The crust was thin and crispy, like actually crispy, with these nice layers you could feel when you bit in. The cheese had that perfect stretchy pull to it and the sauce was sweet and tangy, not too heavy. Super flavorful all around. The chicken wings were a standout too. Super crunchy outside and really juicy inside, and they came with this house sauce that just took it to another level. The place itself was clean and bright inside, felt comfortable to sit and eat, and the staff were actually friendly which is always a plus. We got the angus shredded beef macaroni pizza and yeah, the beef portion was generous and the texture was nice and meaty. The macaroni on a pizza thing was a little heavy if I'm being honest, but the cheese was so rich it still worked. I'd come back for sure.
