- dedicated_ravenGot the Kaili red sour soup base and wow, super tangy with a nice kick to it, really got my appetite going. You can actually taste the maola fruit in there which I thought was cool. The fresh yellow beef was so thinly sliced it literally cooked in seconds, super tender and juicy. And the Guizhou chili dipping sauce on the side? Insanely good with it. Also tried the fried Shiping tofu puffs — crispy outside, soft and almost creamy inside, and they soak up all that broth which makes them taste amazing. The whole place has these Guizhou ethnic vibes going on, felt really cozy and warm. Staff were friendly and food came out fast too. Honestly the whole experience was solid, ingredients felt fresh and everything had such a unique flavor you don't usually find. Would def come back if I'm in the area.
