  Walking in I was immediately drawn to the old-school copper kettles and the whole old Beijing vibe. Ordered a traditional pear soup brewed for six hours and it was so thick and silky, with the white fungus melted in just right — honestly felt like it was doing good things for my lungs and stomach. The jasmine roast duck is a must-order. The skin was super crispy, you could taste the tea flavor in the meat, and it wasn't greasy at all. Wrapped in a pancake with scallions it was incredibly good. The whole place has this strong Beijing feel to it — wooden tables and chairs, gray brick and tile decor — kinda feels like you're eating in a traditional courtyard house. Service was great too, they even brought out some little snacks on the house. Overall super comfy experience, would totally come back.
