Reviews
- stubborn_perillaFound this sushi place on the 8th floor of Chaoyang Joy City and honestly it was such a cool experience. The chef makes everything right in front of you, and his knife skills are seriously impressive — kinda reassuring to watch honestly. The tuna sushi with the foie gras snow was the standout, the foie gras was shaved super thin like literally snowflakes sitting on top of the tuna, and when you bite in it's this cold, silky, rich flavor without being too heavy at all. The eel sushi was thick-cut, super tender, and the sauce with the vinegared rice just hit perfectly. The whole vibe is wood-toned, open counter where you can sit right there watching the chef work, so it's relaxed but still has a nice upscale feel to it. Everything tasted really fresh and the layers of flavor were on point. I'd definitely come back to try more.
