- mahogany_orchidThe peas in the pea noodle dish were so soft and flavorful, and paired with the cold beef on the side it was this perfect mix of spicy with a little sweet aftertaste. Couldn't stop eating it. The noodles had that perfect chewy, bouncy texture and once you mixed everything up the sauce coated every strand really evenly. You can totally taste the authentic Chongqing small noodle vibe. The crispy potato wedges were crunchy on the outside, super tender inside, and had this amazing Sichuan pepper numbness that went so well with the noodles. The place wasn't packed which was nice, and the lady working there had a strong Sichuan accent which honestly made it feel really down to earth and local. You can ask them to adjust the spice level which is great. Overall super authentic flavor and that tingly numby feeling stuck around in my mouth for a while after. Would def come back.
