Bifang Roast DuckBianyifang Roast Duck is made from Beijing duck and roasted in a hanging oven. After marinating, the duck is hung in the oven and roasted over fruitwood charcoal, resulting in crispy skin and tender meat. The preparation involves mixing the minced pork with seasonings, shaping it into small balls, and then deep-frying them in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Sea Cucumber Mapo TofuSea cucumber mapo tofu is a dish that blends seafood with traditional Sichuan cuisine. Tender tofu and premium sea cucumbers are stir-fried with doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste), then enhanced with minced meat and garlic-ginger paste for flavor, before being thickened with a cornstarch slurry to finish. The freshness of the sea cucumber complements the spicy and numbing flavors of mapo tofu perfectly.
Clear Stewed Corn and Pork Rib SoupClear stewed corn and pork rib soup is primarily made from pork ribs and corn, slowly simmered in clear water. First, the pork ribs are blanched to remove any odor, then combined with fresh corn segments in a pot. Add an appropriate amount of water and simmer over low heat until the ribs become tender and the corn turns sweet, resulting in a clear broth that preserves the original flavors of the ingredients.
Grilled Meat on Iron SkilletSkewer-grilled meat is made primarily from fresh beef, mutton, or pork, sliced thinly and directly grilled on a heated iron grilling plate. During preparation, minimal seasonings are used—just salt and cumin—to enhance flavor, with the meat quickly cooked at high temperatures to retain its tenderness and freshness.

Reviews
- pensive_waspFinally got out of the crazy work week and met up with a friend to chill here. The Peking duck was incredible — skin was super crispy and the meat was so tender, literally crumbled when I bit into it. Paired it with the special sauce and thin pancakes, honestly blew my mind. The vibe inside is really nice and the service was on point too, our server was so sweet about checking in on us and recommending dishes. We got a set menu and the portions were perfect, just right for the four of us. Super easy to get to — just a 10 min walk from the subway station at Wukesong, and there's stuff to wander around nearby after. Left feeling so much more relaxed, definitely coming back.
