So many flavors going on, I loved it. The staff actually grills the meat for you at the table and they nail the timing every time, which means I got to just sit back and eat without lifting a finger. The sashimi platter was so fresh, the salmon was cut thick and fatty, melted in my mouth. Place is pretty chill and quiet, got a private room that's super tucked away, perfect for hanging with friends. The thick-cut beef tongue was grilled just right too, super tender but still had that nice little bite to it. Whole experience was just really comfortable, I'd totally come back.
