Dishes
Belgian Wheat BeerBelgian wheat is an innovative dish based on wheat beer, blending the rich flavor of premium Belgian wheat beer with the delicate taste of fresh ingredients. Through careful preparation, the aroma of wheat and the subtle bitterness of beer are perfectly harmonized, creating a unique and complex flavor profile.
Pale AlePale ale is a beer made primarily from malt, fermented through brewing. It uses light malt, hops, and yeast, processed via mashing, boiling, and fermentation. Clear body, pale gold color, refreshing taste.
Craft White BeerCraft wheat beer is brewed using malted wheat, hops, yeast, and water. Typically fermented top-fermenting, it retains the natural aroma and slightly sweet taste of wheat. Pale yellow with a clear body, it features subtle fruit and spice notes.
Reviews
- scraggly_solenodonWas wandering around Xiaotun Road and figured I'd pop in to check it out. Super glad I did — they've got a pretty solid beer selection and the passion fruit one was honestly my favorite, nice and tangy with just the right amount of sweetness, really easy to drink. The owner was super friendly and even let me sample a few of their craft options like "Dark Night Fog" and "Blood Moon Storm" — both had some nice depth to them. The place isn't huge but it's cozy enough for hanging out with friends. You can grab beer to go or just drink it there, which is super convenient.
